Dynamic Electronics Facilitates Dry-Type Transformers for ACME

Challenge

When a large-scale PDU system integrator came to Dynamic Electronics looking for a unique PDU transformer design to meet specific requirements, we partnered with Acme Electric to find the ideal solution. The integrator had requirements that ranged from 300 KVA Transformers up to 1.1 MVA, so a PDU needed to be designed that satisfied certain power demands, while meeting Department of Energy (DOE) high efficiency standards.

Solution

Partnering with Acme Electric, Dynamic Electronics facilitated high-level technical discussions that allowed Acme to design and manufacture a series of dry-type transformers specifically designed to meet the needs of the OEM. As the integrator requires new specifications, our partnership with Acme Electric continues to grow, and we work to facilitate the distribution and design of PDUs engineered to meet their precise demands.
